Steuben County will be hosting (2) Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) collection events for their residents throughout 2022 , there will be and event at the Bath Landfill Location on June 25, 2022 and at The Erwin Transfer Station Location on September 10, 2022. The collection events are free to attend for Steuben County residents and registration is mandatory. Registration will begin one month before each event. There are some materials that will be accepted at both events. Oil-Based Paints, Latex Paint, and Alkaline Batteries will be ACCEPTED at the HHW collections. Shredding will be onsite at each event. There is an opportunity to indicate if you are bringing any of these materials on the registration page.
